Badar Academy (Private) Limited respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide while using the app, package com.badar.academy.pvt.ltd.pk. This policy explains what may be collected, how it's used, where it's stored, when it may be shared, and your choices.

The app lets you explore courses and training programs, view course details, create a learning plan, calculate an estimated training cost, save selected courses or request summaries locally, submit inquiries through your installed email application, and access FAQs and support.

The app does not provide financial, investment, loan, cryptocurrency, gambling, medical, adult, or government services, and doesn't guarantee admission, certification, employment, income, or any specific outcome.

You may enter your full name, email, phone number, city, organisation name, selected course or training service, current skill level, preferred learning mode, preferred date or schedule, number of participants, payment preference, and notes or requirements.

The app does not automatically send requests to a remote server. When you choose to send an inquiry, it opens an email app on your device with the support address, subject, and details prefilled — you review and manually send it. Once sent, information is processed by your email app, your email provider, and Badar Academy's support mailbox.

The app may store favourite courses, generated learning plans, cost estimates, draft inquiries, request summaries, app preferences, onboarding status, and theme preference locally on your device — used only for app functionality, and not automatically uploaded.

Information sent by email may be used to respond to inquiries, provide training information, review requests, confirm availability, discuss scheduling, prepare an estimated quotation, provide support, maintain business records, protect against misuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations. It will not be used to make misleading earning, employment, or financial promises.

The app does not intentionally collect card or bank details, wallet credentials, payment details, passwords, biometric data, government ID documents, precise location, contacts, call logs, SMS messages, health records, or financial, gambling, or adult-content information. There's no real online payment gateway — any shown payment preference refers to offline options confirmed directly with the academy.

The app may load course or training images from external content providers. Requesting an image may let that provider automatically receive limited technical information such as IP address, device details, and request time — handled under their own privacy practices. Externally hosted images are not used to obtain sensitive personal information.

The app may interact with email applications and providers, web browsers, Android system services, and external image-hosting providers, and may open external links you select. Badar Academy doesn't control these third parties' privacy practices — review their policies before submitting information through them.

The current version isn't intended to show third-party ads, use behavioural advertising or tracking identifiers, or use analytics that build advertising profiles. If advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud storage, or account features are added later, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated first.

We don't sell or rent personal information. It may be shared only where reasonably necessary with authorised academy personnel, service providers supporting email, hosting or support operations, professional advisers where legally necessary, regulators or law-enforcement where legally required, or a successor organisation in a lawful business transfer.

Information stored only on your device stays there until deleted, cleared, or removed via uninstall. Information sent by email is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage your request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations — then deleted, anonymised, or securely archived as permitted by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you previously sent directly to Badar Academy by emailing dev@badaracademy.site with enough detail to identify your inquiry. We may request reasonable verification first. Information held only in your email provider or device storage must be managed through that service or device.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under our control, but no electronic transmission, email service, or internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure. You're responsible for protecting your device, reviewing emails before sending, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive submissions.

The app isn't designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental involvement. Children shouldn't submit information or send requests without a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. Concerns can be raised at dev@badaracademy.site.

Course information, schedules, fees, durations, instructors, learning plans, and cost estimates are for general informational purposes and don't constitute a binding offer or confirmed booking. Submitting an inquiry doesn't guarantee admission, enrolment, availability, certification, employment, or a confirmed price or schedule — our team will contact you to confirm these details.

The app doesn't provide financial advice, investment services, loans, cryptocurrency services, insurance, banking, or money-transfer services, and doesn't process payments through a gateway. Any price shown is an informational estimate unless separately confirmed by the academy.

We may update this policy when app features, data practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new "Last Updated" date — continued use after an update means the updated policy applies going forward, subject to applicable law.

By voluntarily entering information and choosing to send it through your email application, you authorise that information to be included in the email sent to Badar Academy. You may review, edit, or cancel it before sending — the app never sends the email automatically on your behalf.
